Nothing in these Terms & Conditions or elsewhere on our website constitutes an offer to sell or supply goods or services. Your order of goods or services constitutes an offer to purchase them. Our order confirmation confirms the receipt of your order, but does not constitute an acceptance of it. Once we accept the order, however, it is our duty to supply the goods you ordered.
The images of the products on our website are for illustrative purposes only.
Price, Tax and Availability
Please note that all our prices are indicative and are excluding government tax. Taxes will be added where applicable.
We reserve the right to change the goods and services advertised or offered for sale through this website, the prices or specifications of such goods and services, and any promotional offers at any time and from time to time without any notice or liability to you or any other person.
We cannot guarantee that goods or services advertised or offered for sale on this website will be available when ordered or thereafter and will not be liable to you if, for any reasonable cause, we are unable to supply a particular item. We may deliver a substitute item to replace it, with your approval.
We also reserve the right to limit quantities sold or made available for sale, and an order of large quantity of a particular item will only be delivered at our discretion.
We do not guarantee that our website material (including but without limitation to product descriptions, photographs and product user guides) are accurate, complete, reliable, current or error-free and reserve the right not to process orders, and to revise orders or recover funds where the price or other material information on this website is inaccurate or when we recognize there has been a material error or breach of the Terms & Conditions.
Minimum Order and Delivery
Door to door delivery in Yangon selected townships is available for free. In store pick up is also available at your convenience.
Your orders are delivered to your specified delivery address.
When all items are delivered, you must check your order and sign. If you are not able to receive the order, we will take it back and notice you of our attempt. You will have to contact our Customer Service Center to arrange another delivery. If we have to re-arrange a delivery, extra charges may occur.
We shall not be liable to you for any delay or failure to deliver any item ordered if the delay or failure is caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
You may cancel your order up to 4pm one day before delivery.
Return and Refund
When receiving your order, you are requested to check every item thoroughly. At this time, you may return items to our delivery team if there is an issue with it. Such reasons include, but are not limited to, the item being damaged, issues with the item’s quality (such as freshness) or an unexpected price change.
Generally, you may return dry and non-food items up to 7 days after delivery, though, please note that certain dry and other fresh items have different return time limits.
If you return an item, you have to ensure to return any labels, tags and other accessories along with it. You need to take reasonable care of the items while in your possession. If the item was damaged while in your possession, a deduction from your refund may occur.
If you return an item at the time of delivery, we may deduct the amount directly from your invoice. If returned at a later date, you must return items directly to our showroom and may choose to exchange it for items of the same value or a cash refund.
If the item you returned was purchased at a promotional price, your refund will be based on this same promotional price.
Payment must be done cash on delivery.
Title to goods that you order will not pass to you until we have received payment in full for the goods concerned and the goods are delivered to you. We reserve our rights to retain the goods, or recover them from you, at any time until you have paid in full. The risk of loss of or damage to goods that you order will pass to you at the same time as title passes.
If you use a password to access this website or any portion of it, then you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the password and for restricting access to your computer. If you use a shared computer, remember to sign-out once you finish shopping on www.azay.com.mm.
In the event that the confidentiality of your account or password is compromised in any manner, you must immediately notify our Customer Service Centre.
We reserve the right to take any and all action as necessary or reasonable to maintain the security of the website and your account, including but without limitation to: terminating your account, changing your password or requesting information to authorize or cancel transactions on your account.
We reserve the right, without notice and in our sole reasonable discretion, to terminate your account, and to block or prevent future access to and use of our services if you breach any of the Terms & Conditions or applicable law. Upon termination, these Terms & Conditions shall still apply.
These ‘Terms & Conditions’ and any matter or dispute arising out of or related to these subjects, shall be governed, construed, and enforced in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Union of Myanmar, without regard to its conflict of laws rules
